I hope you grabbed those Oxbow beers they just put up.

Too expensive for my blood partner :foo:

If there's anything I can do to help, or if you wanna meet up, just let me know!.. My French is horrible, and I'm a practising recluse, but I do meet up with fellas who like beer :satisfied:

Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar -- most enjoyable IPA/double IPA I've had in a while. Didn't expect it to live up to hype but it is a well made, well balanced beer. Lots of citrus, floral notes, and tropical fruit up front, bitter aftertaste but a touch of honey-like sweetness mixed in. Good balance. Good looking beer too.

The Porterhouse Hop Head is not very good. Pretty thin, slightly metallic and overall quite boring.

The Equinox SHIPA is nice. Impressive what flavors a single hop can develop. It says guava/papaya on the label and it totally tastes like it. Full of exotic fruit flavors.

Now on to a bottle of Veuve Cliquot. Then top it off with the Bottle by Numbers stout. Passed a slightly dreaded exam today, which was very important, so I'm just relaxing now, watching series and enjoying some nice beverages. Anyway, three exams down, one to go, but the last one should be a piece of cake.

Got most of the coming fortnight off, ànd I thought National Beer Day was today, so I opened up my last bottle of KBS. It's better than it was fresh... It only has about 10 months on it, and was fridged, but I still feel as if it has smoothened out a bit...

Brew by Numbers' Imperial Stout is interesting. Very velvety. Soft and little carbonation. Pretty rich but also sort of light in taste, if that makes any sense. Very bitter, quite sweet. Not my favorite, but definitely interesting.

this is great. really really juicy with a nice dankness to it. very clean tasting. has a very strong bitter bite to it in the finish tho. one of the best IPAs from oregon and totally worth $4.

I picked some up a few weeks ago at a random liquer store outside of Boston. If that place gets it I think any place that carries ballast point gets it. Haven't seen it in dc though
