Let me know Ive wanted to try their stuff for awhile...Im going to be in the town over for a wedding in June but idk how feasible it will be to go without a car/asking my gfs parents to drive me knowing its their other daughters wedding prob wont fly. I may ask the groom to pick me up some though.

Definitely Fathead's! Not really much else going on brewing wise. You could check out Church Brew just for the space, but I don't remember the beer being that great. Depending on where you are, other places to check out... D's Six Packs and Dogs, Sharp Edge, & Point Brugge. There's also a huge Hofbrauhaus if you're interested in that sort of thing.

Also, make sure you're familiar with PA's quirky beer laws if you want to buy six packs.

You can only buy six packs (and singles/bombers/etc) from bars and restaurants. (A good example is D's Six Packs and Dogs that I mentioned above.) But you can't buy more than a certain amount in one purchase (I think you can only get 2 six packs and change). If you want more beer, you have to buy it by the case at a beer distributor, but you can't break cases. It's really ridiculous, and there's currently a movement to privatize the system.

Is there any way to get into the flying dog brewery this weekend if I don't have tickets (which are sold out)?

    Kyle--industry hookups??

You'd have better luck asking Bhowie. He's an East Coast alcohol medium wig.

Pipeworks and Perennial are two of the best reasons to go to Chicago.

I'd buy Flower Child by the keg if I was there.

I liked Secret Stache a lot, but Treadless was meh. I think I've had one other beer from them, but I don't remember.
