My batch of Mr Beer is now fermenting...lets see how this goes.
    I don't have high hopes.

CBS at the corner store? Wut.

Drinking a Knee Deep Simtra Triple IPA. Pretty damn tasty. Feeds the Pliny the Younger withdrawals somewhat adequately.

Becks Sapphire is a great drink. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good beer.

Still getting into sours, but this one is pretty incredible. Enjoyed the Kriek a lot more than the Geuze.

X2 TW is my go to when I'm in Florida. Such an awesome place. And I've enjoyed nearly all of Cigar City's stuff, even did the tour when I was in Tampa last.

Almsot picked this up the last couple days, will have to give it a try. Grabbed their Geuze instead and thought it was alright, but not nearly as tasty as the Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze that has turned me onto the style the last couple weeks.

It's odd how quickly your palate for craft brew changes. I can't appreciate anything malty right now and am becoming stoked on sours, where as 6 months to a year ago I didn't want anything to do with sours.

+1 on this. Easy to get on a kick for certain types of beers once you open that door. Just as easy to get tired of it.

Finally cracked that breakfast stout tonight... pretty much the ideal coffee stout right there, streets ahead of that Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout I had a week or so ago... really hope I can get my hands on some KBS when it comes out.

Now drinking some Blue Ribbon in order to save the breakfast stout and Centennial IPA to bring down to the south with me. I really wish some of these southern states would catch up with this whole craft beer thing and get rid of outdated laws where "beer" can't go above 5-6% ABV.

Def give it a go. It's more interesting because of the cherry flavor, the Geuze just doesn't pop.

Totally agree. I went through a stout phase and now I'm onto sours, but I'm forever an IPA junky.
