1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I love Double Jack. One of my favorite IPAs.

hope you enjoyed it as they aren't bottling it anymore.

I mostly just drink Sapporo and Guinness. I do like some nice dark beers, I enjoy the taste more. I am a much bigger fan of Scotch though.

Saw some of this, actually thought about purchasing it but wasn't sure/didn't care. Anyone have any experience?

First bomber of the night - Barrel Aged Old Rasputin - WOW. Really gives some complexity and depth to the regular OR. I don't know if its worth $20 per se, but its definitely tasty.

Second - Firestone Walker Walker's Reserve porter - kind of disappointing. Nice flavor but a bit thin. Might be a letdown after the BAOR. If it was cheap I'd drink it again though.

"Burbon"? I've heard of "Bourbon" barrels before, but never "Burbon"...

Finished up last night with Improvication from Cigar City. A rye brown ale. Very heavy rye nose on this one. Definitely not one to end the night with. Tasty but probably wouldn't go for again.

Bought these today. The Barrel Aged Rasputin was cheaper than the last place I saw it so I figured I'd try it, and they had a few others I'd been meaning to try.

I also reorganized my fake cellar. Feel free to look at crappy cell phone pics of everything I have right now.

They are. I was looking forward to the 2011, but I guess that isn't happening. Delicious beer though.
