Myself I"m a pretty simple man. I like Corona and Stella, but in reality I'm not to picky.

I think Unibroue Ephemere and Blanche de Chambly are my new favorites.

Not sure if it was a special edition, but I've never seen it on sale before. I didn't much care for it, although it was very well constructed. It was pretty sweet, mild carbonation on the tongue, far too much cherries. Dark fruits can be quite good in beers, but this was an overload. It would have been better as a dessert beer, but it's just too much for a normal drink.

Quite good, I should really go on a stout kick as I've been getting bored with IPAs and stouts seem to have a more flavorful palate

I don't rememeber much from that night, so I couldn't really tell you. I do know if you plan on opening up that lambic, put in the freezer for about 30min before you open it. Then when you do pop that bottle open, do it over the sink and make sure you have a glas or two handy because those bottles are extremely over carbonated for some reason and will gush all over the place if you take some precautions. The only Upland lambic I remember and enjoyed was the blueberry...

(The Cherry Adam from the Wood was my personal Tiger Blood...)

Bring it, I am sure you can trade for something else delicious, I did like the Peach too. I just don't remember the Strawberry, but I do know it will gush no matter how careful you are. You're better off drinking those homebrews tonight more than anything else because they're both IPAs...

I'll probably get on those tonight or tomorrow.
