Hey just found this post, thanks for the photos. Any clue how long the sole will last on these and the best way to go about repairing / replacing when it’s worn down?

I wore the soles without protection for a little less than a year and wore through the first layer of leather on the edge of the heel.

I always bring my boots to Raul at Willie's Shoe Service. He's a backed up right now because of stressors on his business during the pandemic but I'll still leave them with him every time because he does amazing work that exceed my expectations.

Anyone have any experience with CCP derby sizing in cordovan? I'm a pretty standard 44––seeing some folks saying that's a 9, others a 10. Curious if anyone here has a heuristic?

I've taken stuff to Vince's Village Cobbler and had good results (and the last time I was there someone else's Guidis were on view). When I was working closer to The Firm I also used them for a pair. I don't know about within Brooklyn, though.

Anyone have a retailer to recommend for Guidi custom orders? Guidi customer service recommended ANTONIOLI, but CS there is not being forthcoming.
