1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Lace up boots are always a less than the zips for some reason- 795Z (8 hole with double heel sole) can be had for roughly 800-900usd if you shop around.

I believe they can be pulled through......imagine like 2 leather ' belt loops ' on the back of the boot the straps are laced through. I'm not 100% sure though.

yea looks like they come off, but there is a high chance that AD decided to stich them on in which case they can be unstitched by a cobbler or even yourself

I like them though. If I wanted strictly a combat boot I'd look elsewhere.

I'm sure others would disagree, but I find the Guidi toebox to be ever-so-slightly overly squared-off.

On the other hand, the idea of wearing something made from donkey skin is kind of awesome.

edit: To clarify, I mean [some Guidi models, not all of them.

It was good. I don't like Guidi's toe box for boots, only derbies.

dmash - was your 41 CP snug-tight fit for you at the start and loosen up over time ?
