Sorry, meant shell cordovan, not just stiff horse. I like stiff boots, just not impossibly stiff

I'm not 100% sure....But if you are seriously interested and want a pair of great boots, please PM me.

Thankfully you're a size smaller than me.

Now to the real meat of the matter: What are you replacing them with? Or are thinking to replace them with?

I'm expanding my small agglomeration with some destroyed horse.

    Thanks to K.

So you're the one that had them "on hold" all this time. I asked him twice about buying those cdiems but he ignored me :plain: Nice pickup

Hey, I'm new to this forum. Just wanted to say those Augusta Horse Workboots are amazing. Wish they were my size.

eckblk is definitely the man to ask for this, but The Firm in NYC is what folks would use for dye jobs. Not sure if F&J Western has the expertise.

I dyed some Cdiem S21M back zips once- brown to black. The reverse calf leather became super stiff afterwards and I ended up flipping them.

Chomeo had a pair of S23M in full grain dyed and they turned out much better.
