Post pics Uz dont be shy!
Here are some quick pics:
JM/2254 LAICO/10 - FENCING JACKET (58% Cotton 42% Wool)
The sleeve buttons are the same as the ones on the fly of the dead-end jeans.
Nice Uz! Any chance for fitted pics?
Amazing piece buddy. If I didn't already have the crossfront blouson, I would have 100% kopped this....fit pics please
Actually a small description of the fabric would be appreciated as it's a new CCP fabric and I've never handled it. I see he's making suits in it as well......
What sz you get? Tts?
Seal doesn't shop at the library anymore. I
hear they pissed him off......
I remember watching The Voice AU a while back and seeing Seal wearing a leather jacket that looked suspiciously like CCP. Never knew he was such a fan.
He's a massive fan
Orders everything in crazy colours.....
Thank you (and all others)!
Yes, the cross-front blouson is VERY similar to this. Do you have it in one of the self-edge fabrics?
I went TTS on this piece. It is quite snug in the shoulders/armhole area, but because it is fabric (not leather) there is ease of movement. Not uncomfortable in any way! The body and sleeves are cut shorter and the fit is slightly 'boxy', a size bigger would have not fit right. Compared with the size 46 cross front blouson (OM/2563) I have tried, the fencing is more fitted. Hopefully that helps if anyone was wondering about the size/fit.
The LAICO fabric is quite understated. Very flat; you can't feel any texture, but beautiful when looked upon closely. It is a middle thickness fabric; not stiff like CORAWO, but can still hold its shape. Definitely a fabric only for spring or autumn. Color is closest to a washed black. The melt-lock details go wonderfully with the fabric.
A suit in LAICO would be nice, though I would go for CORD-PTC/7.
Yes I have it in ror-edge
It's one of my favourite self-edge pieces
Now let's see yours
World would of been better off without seal's yellow ccp!
nice jackets gentlemen.
i'm not a leather jacket wearer myself, so it's always especially nice for me to see classic leather items in alternative fabrics [the m.a+ linen biker being another example of what pleases me].
fit looks awesome on your ROR-EDGE piece D, now i'm really itching to see the fencing on you U!
Cheers G. Didn't know you didn't like leathers. Took me a long time to find that piece in the perfect fabric and perfect size. ROR is a sensational fabric. Very textured, very crunchy (see sleeves) and very thick. The self-edge details are perfect....Not too over the top.
U....we are waiting ;-)
Thank you, Obi Wan.
Quick question: are the tops of the boots I've seen on here (Guidi, Augusta, etc) angled back so that when worn they create a sort of folded effect on the front?
Thanks so much.
