There shouldn't be a consensus on something like this – case-by-case basis. You gonna tell me Snowman shouldn't tuck?

Guess we'll have to disagree. I'm anti-tuck, you're pro-choice. Different sides of the tracks.

    There is one exception:

I generally think "definitive" rules about style are always wrong, with very few exceptions.

Not a rule, just a preference. Tuck away!

Do you generally always take a stance with very few exceptions? [IMG]

i cannot pull off a boot tuck so i don't do it, i see occasionally it looks cool like in the example of Guile and an army drawstring type pant but tucking jeans for example is off-putting to me, anyways I'm sure some people will make it work

What is guidi sizing like, specifically the 992? I measure 9.5D on a brannock and wear a 9D in quoddy. Research indicates size up one or two so would that be 43 or 44?

Also, what is your preference between baby calf, soft horse, kangaroo, or other leathers? Is there anywhere online to read about or see examples of the different leathers? Sorry for noob questions, this would be my first "baller" shoe purchase.

To tuck or not to tuck; that is the question.....

I mostly tuck with lace boots and wear zip boots untucked. Just my preference.
