    Actually very thick horse...but there was a 'fault line' (if that term can be used) where the texture of the leather changes, which was substantially weaker. Just unlucky. Anywhere else and it wouldn't have happened.

    /\ When you pay such a pretty penny, stuff like this should not happen. A1923 seems to be the one with the most quality control issues throughout the years. I am still to see a dud from Layer-0 or MA+.

    @artishard116, looking good! Are C.Diem style derbies next? Or will it be the In Aisce derbies from AW13?

    I need to find some nice lace ups too, but my tiny tiny feet make it very very difficult :(

    I hear you, but in all fairness they were exchanged straight away, with no hesitation or questions. They said they would speak to simone, so I assume he authorised the exchange.
    Either way there was full acknowledgement of your above point, and hence the offer of credit, getting a replacement pair, or exchanging for another.
    But still, your point is valid. I've had worse with CCP....

    Kudos to the customer service!
    I know someone (works at a store that stocks A1923) who has directly spoken to Simone about his pair falling apart.

    @Nahneun, what size?
