Daad-dantone kindly offered to take the 10 Sei 0 Otto boots with the sole defect back and pay for return shipping, so I guess that's what I'll do. They only had one in each size so I guess I'll have to buy it again from somewhere else though.

Yeah. We got the same one sometime back. I returned mine because the sole was different to what was shown on the site's picture and it was a tad loose. They were built like tanks though. I wonder how is the quality of the construction on the Andrew Macs. Any baller here owns a pair?

Hey guys. Advice on the guidi 988 backzips in black: what gives more rugged look/is better, more durable etc - full grain horse or bison? Thx

Atelier has these also. Their SS13 stuff just rolled in. The ankle boot is lovely!

And Vertice charges you a 5% fee for deducting VAT ?!?

looks like they are sold out. and not sure if they qualify as "really solid construction".

i got sbuc-ptc and am happy with them. i'd recommend going with a black LUC-PTC or SBUC-PTC as a first buy because cordovan is more durable than kangaroo but Carol uses the thick part of kangaroo so you should be ok either way. In my eyes the cordovan and bison boots look best but you wont go wrong with any, just avoid the u-sole and pull over boots. pm me if you want

Apologies in advance for these questions. Probably been asked before but I can't find it.

    - What are the main characteristics of Guidi horse leather, and in particular in white? How does it differ from their other leather options?
    - How does the Guidi 995 boot fit? I've read it fits 1-2 full sizes big, depending on whether you use an insole or not. Correct?

    Thanks

I am also on the verge of gettin guidi 988 in blk. Seems like the full grain horse is the thickest/ toughest leather? What is the best place to order them pricewise? So far 1000$ shipped is the cheapest quote i had. Thanks in advance!
