Yeah it's weird, the whole store has very little stock; I checked it out a few months back and they had tons of stuff. Maybe they're phasing it out. There are a bunch of other online stores that carry their stuff though so if it's your thing I'm sure you can find it somewhere.

/\ Perhaps they are waiting for the AW12-13 collection to come in?
This is the online store linked to by the brand itself.

Yes, that's it. They are caught between seasons right now. Their online shop stocks many items but they don't have a lot of each item.

Got these in. The leather and construction is great, but the color kinda sucks. Really boring, bland. Synth got it right, going with the reddish ones when he did. Sadly I can't find any of those reddish ones in size 42 anymore [IMG]

    I'd use the heel.

    .

what you mean by you'd use the heel ?

You mean wear them out first ? Or use what he has suggested which is like 6-7mm thickness ?

I think you should do the same to each, otherwise you'd lean forward or back v the original design of the boot.

your cobbler can/should remove a layer of leather from the heel before adding the rubber heel to ensure the shoe or boot remains balanced.

Yeah, that sucks - if you just want a sober brown zip boot, yoox has a pretty full run of classic MMM zips.

My red pair are really growing on me - they're the kind of shoe you style an outfit around.

Also, call me crazy, but I have really been wanting a pair of Poell side zips recently. And possibly tornadoes. I think i'm going through a weird western phase where I want to look like some sort of damir doma character viewed through the lens of the rocky mountains but stuck in a city.

chiggah ask your cobbler to use vibram, eck's looks like vibram and i have vibram on 4 diff pairs, its is definitely thicker and better lasting than topy, topy imo is more for a dress shoe where you don't want too much rubber added, if you want guidi to have less rubber than i guess topy is ok, but i'd opt for vibram on any shoe, its a better product
