Hendrix - Oh yeah. lol. Did not notice that.

Sinned - There are really very well made. Built like a damn tank.

I was just curious with the toe area. I believe shoes with that shape are quite commonly referred to in here as 'clown' shoes. Do these fall in that category?

A few more pictures from fascinate.jp . Last pic is that of the blue/black version of the these brown ones.

/\ They have a very bulbous toe and will look clownish if you don't pair the right pants with them. The AW12-13 Devoa footwear seems to have a different toe shape; can't wait to see detail pics of it.

I hate the shape of Devoa boots. You really need a specific silhouette to pull them off

Not even a midget (5'9") just a really small frame. Good for cycling, pain for buying shoes

    my trip to archive today...

Tried on the archive's a1923 side zip (above), similar to one eck was going to order and must say it was an awesome boot. But big caveat is the creases that Simone made, the creases make it impossible to move your toes. The leather is super stiff. I almost warn against them, I doubt I could handle the break in period because I couldn't move my toes. but overall it was a very original and awesome boot, if i had an opportunity to get it at a lower price it would be a hard choice, it looks even better in person, also fyi those creases are rock hard so those boots will last a good 10+ years

Then i tried on 3 diff Guidi backzips, I fit into a 45 tight and a 46 loosely. FYI for sizing, double heel/sole version becomes much smaller due to raised platform. I want to like guidi, quality is def there, leather is awesome, but I just reaffirmed its like a sock. Both good and bad but at around 1k structure is a must for me. for those looking to get guidi, they are great boots for easy slip on and little break in period...

real nice guys at the archive...

Almost bought these but I think I'm gonna hold out for something in grey leather.

DNA pants from ZamB ? Does the pants worn in the first picture go well with the boots? I am open to suggestions.. Perhaps you guys could suggest the type of pants that would go well this boots.
