I would say yes - I'm a 40.5 - 41, and I take a 41 in Layer-0. I have three pairs, and they all fit perfectly, and very consistently. I've also owned (but sold) two other pairs, also in 41, and they fit just the same. For reference, I usually take a 40 in CDiem.

LOL at self - just realising that I've owned 5 pairs of L-0 footwear :/ Good job my girlfriend can't tell my boots apart :D

OK, here's a recent-ish WAYWT showing them worn. Not the clearest shot, but hopefully it'll give you some idea.

@ Mr. Moo - LOL, thanks for the words of wisdom, if it's a choice between boots and marriage, I know which I'll choose ;)

Yeah Layer-0 boots have caught my eye for a while now, but sometimes the stiching along the sides are a bit weird looking, such as the square shape or the sharp curve lines.
These ones are really nice though:

^^^ Sinnedk, I'll try and take some snaps for you to give you an idea of the toe shape. They are a slightly more pointed that the Augustas you posted, but nowhere near CCP pointiness. I like the last Alessio uses a lot, and I find it a touch more refined than some similarly priced alternatives, e.g. Guidi.

Regarding which I like the best, that's a very tough one, but the reverse cordovan are superb, and very classic Layer-0 - I feel this model encapsulates the Layer-0 aesthetic beautifully and would be a great place to start (once you start you won't stop ;) The shape has evolved over the seasons, and I think this season's is the best yet, with the more graceful lines up the heel. Totally speculative, but I wonder if this could be due to Altieri's influence on Alessio, after the Av_Field project? I see this particular boot as a kind of spiritual heir to the CDiem S23M.

My personal favourite are the rubberband derbies, although I know they're not to everyone's taste. This season's derbies are stunning as well.

Yeah those are my favourite release by Layer-0 aswell. I actually did a post about it earlier today but the post is under review for some reason so it'll probably pop up some time later.

    Edit: there it is lol

I find the heels on all the Layer-0 just too low compared to the hugeness of the toe ...

What's the difference between the Guidi 795 and the 995?

Nevermind. Taller heel and double sole.

Does this mean anything regarding comfort or is it basically just that it stands a bit taller, and obviously looks slightly different?
