    nice pics, never seen in it such detail before. so it is pretty much uneven suede, for the uneven texture, right (creasing etc aside)? cause compare to my pair of suede shoes that is what is what i see, cause typical suede is pretty even in texture.

    A Carpe Diem in size 43 = US 10 correct ? Or do they fit smaller ?

    Have no experience with derbies, my backzips (cry) fit me snugly at a 42. I'd suspect that a 43 would be TTS 10.5?

    From my experience the single sole versions fit a little smaller, maybe .5. That derby is probably closer to a US9.5/10.

    *I'd check the measurements and be mindful of the Altieri's low instep.
