Just a stab...but I think he was in Barneys before he was in half the retailers I know of now. Might of had something to do with him first getting his name out there and it was just a one-off thing.

Again, just a complete guess, but would make sense.

Simone is all over the place in the market of the high end boots, i noticed most retailers stock Augusta whereas not all stock MA+ whom is on par with Augusta (IMO)


not in the same league, at least the footwear isn't.

well, exactly, I already expect that from RO, quality on footwear is abysmal. Just never expected **** falling off from CCP goods though. Especially since the quality and pricepoint even surpasses RO usually.


yah, any RO footwear id just resole immediately. Its kinda already ingrained in my mind I need to do it.

Barneys is by far the most innovative large retailer in its buys, it has a lot of **** but Ann, Raf and a shitload of others first got their foot in there before being in smaller shops.

+1. Barney's is the only big name store I buy from in the states. They always have better buys, even if other retailers have the same designers
