Yeah, sure. Find some neoprene and a sleeve pattern and you've probably got it made, cut/detailing/tailoring aside.

Thanks though.

Get a metal pipe that is around the same size as your finger. Heat the nail with a blow torch. Then just slowly bend to fit the pipe. Depending on what kind of nail you use you can quench in oil or just let it cool some.

make sure you wear thick leather gloves or cheap welding gloves from harbor freight.

As per Drew's advice I had a look at some patterns from japan. Those guys are ******* crazy. The patterns are really nice, but it's like they never hold back. Crazy techniques all over them, some I've never seen before.

And their symbol guides suck:

What is this ****?

Yeah, if you ever get a Japanese crafts book, be it sewing, leather goods, knits, etc - they do not **** around. It's everything you need to get to a pro-type level, and the patterns and stuff are always good. If you can master the crafts, the techniques are full on to the point you can sell the goods. The instructions are actually pretty easy, you just gotta sit down and do the 'what is different about this picture' thing - most Japanese people seem to be able to look at a picture like that and get it.
