Does this mean you think someone who wears a 11.5 in the barrie 9901 should get a 12 barrie boot?

No, in fact some find the Barrie boot roomier than the shoe.

^ I absolutely LOVE your Unionmade tassels man. [IMG] Thank god they have long sold out of my size.

Mac, as always great shells. I'd love to see a collection post at some point but we all know that would require you to take a week off of work. [IMG]

    thank you

If you're reading Tom, I'm looking for a new pair, so would be interested in some kind of exchange if you need some well-worn shoes for display [IMG].

Indeed, but the Mac method is posted and reblogged all over SF.

In a nutshell, the mac method calls for NO polish but instead emphasizes the value of cleaning cordovan shoes with a damp cloth, followed by vigorous horsehair brushing and buffing with a flannel cloth--the guiding philosophy being that cordovan is naturally lustrous and that colored paste will eventually dull the natural sheen of the leather

^They would look great above your wall of Alden's at the Waikiki store.

Arizor: As mentioned, fantastic boots! Could you snap some more pictures of them so we could see all the character those have? [IMG]

Thanks again to Tom for the great make-up and thanks to REguy/Jason for trading me for a pair that fit MUCH better than my previous pair. We both won! [IMG]
