Agreed, it's very nice. I have the Epaulet version of the Ravello wingtip boot with all regular eyelets all the way up (no hooks) and it looks killer with pretty much anything you wear.

I ordered the 8.5 D ravello boot. I guess it was the last shoemart had. now I just have 364 days to come up with $682 before I wear them

Nice pickup. Not sure what you are referring to, but if it is their return policy-- they changed that to 90 days.

shoemart currently has a huge collection of LHS in ravello, whiskey, cigar, etc...

Ravello short wing boot is my favorite. Great combination of form and color.

My first Alden experience started out with a pair of Cigar Shell LWB and a pair of Ravello Shell Short Wing Boots. The boots are by far my favorite pair of Aldens. I can hardly wait until the weather turns cooler so I can wear them again.

I have a brand new pair of alden cordovan wing tip blucher burgundy colour 8, size 8.5, i bought the wrong size 2 months ago, i have used them 3 times. Not sure how to upload a picture, but i can send pictures on request. US $425.00 or make me a reasonable offer.

yes I was referring to that, but mostly in jest. these are my grail piece of footwear I think so it will be an early birthday present for me

is there a reason why saddles are typically (but not always) done oxford style, instead of blucher? it seems like a casual style that would lend itself well to bluchers

Put them on the B&S. You may have better luck selling them there.
