1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

burningbright! I have a black shell ptb on the barrie last. Size 11.5D. PM me for a special price. Also, Barrie would be a be a borderline decent name for a chile. Perhaps Grant would be better? Aberdeen? Copley, Leydon, Trubalance? :D

i'm kind of in that boat too: I agree that getting models with brogueing/cap toe help a lot. If you like your shoes fitted closely, then sizing down half a size might help as well. and of course, a good set of shoe trees goes a long way.

I often see the unlined suede chukkas on the Shoemart seconds email. You should cal them to see if they have any in your size.

they will only put on sale if its like a last size, but suede chukkas are a staple and always get picked up so its highly doubtful you will ever find any retailer putting them on sale.

best bet is to check the seconds list that was suggested

yeah. best bet is shoemart. $290 shipped. can't beat it really. you MAY get lucky on eBay, but doubtful. Really pissed i forgot about a pair of suede chukkas a few months back from some random store in MI selling off their old stock. brand new, in box $199.

Thanks for the offer (and the special "act now" price). :nodding:

Will probably pass on the PTB's for now but will definitely keep them in mind.
