How does the Aberdeen last fit compared to the Trubalance? Would I need a 10.5 in the Aberdeen if I'm a 10 in the Trubalance?

Maybe.
I've got 10.5 Indys and one pair of 10.5 Aberdeens. The Indy fit is rather generous and the Aberdeens not so much. But the Aberdeens I have are dress shoes so I'm wearing thin socks with them.

I think that is correct. I'm a 11.5 in the Indy boot (Truebalance) and when I tried on the unlined chukka (Aberdeen) I was a 12.

Gorgeous. It is great to see fit pix of these. I was considering those but I am planning on getting a pair for Alden of Carmel because I want the Commando sole. I love how these boots can look both dressy and durable.
