    Wore my cigar LWBs for the first time today after getting them back from the cobbler to put on plastic taps and topy in the front. These are instantly my favorite not-so-casual shoe. They're also slightly more comfortable than I thought they would be.

    What waxes do peeps prefer?
    Also can you use the same brush for different color shoes or should you have separate brushes?

    Hey Tom how about a double oiled sole on that color 8 shortwing. Ohio stays wet.

    What waxes do peeps prefer? Also can you use the same brush for different color shoes or should you have separate brushes?
    For my cordovan I use Aldens waxes. For calf i just condition every few wears and use neutral wax once a month. I use 1 brush for dark colors (Color #8 & black) and 1 for light colors.
