1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

If anybody can proxy the pair of 8.5D 39628H (color 8 shell) please let me know! I'm a Canadian customer and they don't take international orders. Would make it worth your while. PM if you're interested.

Quote:Well the Cigar CTB on barrie sounds like the AoM makeup. AoDC also had some cigar ctb as well but grant lasted. Ravello NST would have been TSM which I think came in this year. The Whiskey PTB I'm not sure though. Don't recall seeing new shots of those showing up here.

Congrats to you! I was waiting for the size 13 list and got busy. It finally arrived and jumped at the chance
To try out the x379 last. I've got the same boot on Barrie last in whiskey from AOM.
Glad somebody we know on SF got them. Not sure how 379 fits in an E width? If they don't work...let me know.
I suspect these are not 2nds based on the price. Best of luck!

    Guys,
I'm considering adding a color 8 shell lace up boot to my collection. I'm debating between a plain toe with a commando sole or a captor with a leather sole. Which would you all suggest? This will be for more casual wear and also would like to use for riding my motorcycle. I'm leaning towards the plain toe commando version. Pics of either of these models is appreciated. Thanks

Love this make-up with the storm welt. What shop did this - looks like the Alden of Madison Version? Thanks.

How does one keep such a boot from falling off of one's foot?

I have 2 pairs with Commando sole. Fantastic. Low profile, but durable and rugged.

Not sure how cordovan is going to hold up to shifting...but I would to with captoe for a little extra leather there.

I believe CDI is an orthopedic last, not an Asian focused last.

there was a Cigar Shell LHS in CDI in my size but my brief googling said it basically requires a footbed/some sort of aftermarket adjustment
