1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Wonderful. LOVE modified last, and would gladly swap quite a few current pairs for that last.

Curious.. assuming they came from straight from Moulded.. what was the end cost? I've been meaning to reach out to them, especially as I think they were the ones that just posted a kudu indy on modified..

    thanks in advance!

Don, your Choco Suede Tankers are looking superb of course! Those pants have a nice amount of character to them and look good with the cuffs.

Your Cigars have a terrifically rich color to them.

Not all accidents are bad... :)

Your PCT family looks good and your Black Shells are a great addition.

Thanks Gil, good luck on that quest!

    Your Indys are looking happy.

Your Black Shell Wingtips are looking good. Nice foliage backdrop.

Your Indys are looking good and are hopefully taking good care of your feet.

Your Graintripper photos are looking good!

I personally do not like flaws on the toes of my shoes. The only shoe I have ever returned was due to a nice line going across the toe of the shoe. The welt cut on those don't phase me at all for an Alden makeup.

    Thanks Mac!

Hah! I have been there as well, but I think you will be happy (and poorer) because of it.

    -Mike

Didn't think I would like brass on 8. Man was I wrong. Those look slick.

Yesterday was my maiden voyage of some black shell I picked up over the summer from a fellow SF'er. Today, Leffot Dovers. Quickly becoming my favorite casual shoe.

Thanks! I ordered them from the Alden Shop in SF.

Now, something different... I've ordered indy boots from them before, which came with regular heel pads, but these have a special print on them for the San Francisco shop.

What happens when you haven't had a day off from work for 2 weeks and getting little to no sleep? You wake up on Friday morning with a shipping notice from Frans Boone. Will post back upon delivery. Looking forward to my first Aldens!

Alpina, your Wingtips are looking very nice. Mack did a good job for you.

Both of your Color 8 offerings are looking very nice. I prefer darker denim with Color 8 myself.

Your boots are looking very nice for plain toe boots.

Ha! Did you pick up one of the new BCC makeups?

I remember thinking at 2AM as I was putting in my order when I got home from work that I should check out the time difference. Turns out its 6 hrs so they were likely just about to roll in to work and see my order!

What changed? I have been kicking myself for passing on these. I actually just mentioned it to @mdubs this AM.
