I've got both the J Crew #8 and the Leffot Naval in #8 w/antique edge and I think that they're different enough to justify having both. Black edge w/270 welt for the J Crew. 360 welt w/antique edge trim on the Naval Boot. The Naval boot has a fuller fit on me than the J Crew #8 and is super comfortable. Also, there's speed hooks on the J Crew and all-eyelets on the Leffot Naval. Both are great boots!I agree, it's an awesome boot, specially with all eyelets, and Antique edge. I already have the #8 JCrew, and a #8 NST all eyelet on Aberdeen. Trying to decide if a #8 Naval fits in the rotation?
See Ya,
Steve

Look Barrie to me.
Mike is pretty good to the SF guys. He will almost always give us 48-72 hour jump on things before the blast going out.LOL. Now I get the email from Epaulet about the Alden pre-orders!

I figured they would be, but the stitching is somewhat squared off, which made me think trubalance.
I think #8 nst boots -- whether barrie/plaza/aberdeen/truB, leather/commando, eyelets/speedhooks -- are one of Alden's best styles.
RTP you can come over and do my shells anytime. In fact I'll just ship them all to you for reconditioning. What's the turn around time on that service?
