1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

The best thing to do, if possible, is ask for the full body scanner (if you are okay with that). I find the TSA is good about allowing it, especially if you tell them you have steel shanks.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm thinking I'll keep using my Loake Kemptons for flight day and rotate the Aldens on other days unless I'm going through and airport that uses the full body scanner more.

Looking for more sizing help... if I'm between an 8.5D/E on Brannock, an 8E on AE's 5-last, and a UK7.5 on Carmina's Rain last, would 8D on the Barrie last fit me?

    Thanks for the help!

Argh...those would be so boss in shell.

Edit: At first I thought those were Plaza, but maybe they are Aberdeen?

    Yes, those are great!

The squared off toe stitch makes it really hard to tell, but I think they are Plaza...

Thanks for the kind words @halfnhalfnhalf and @mdubs . I'm a shell hound too, but also really appreciate suede, and to a slightly lesser extent chrmxl.
