I really like the Grant last. It is pretty sleek and comfortable for my feet. It seems that the more pointed and narrow lasts usually are associated with "formal".

This is the best shot I could get last night with the available light to compare old Daytrippers (not from recent runs) with the new Tankers.

Apologies man! I thought most people on the forum in October that wanted them were able to get them.
They must of got a pretty decent number of pairs.

Does anyone wearing Alden Barrie last also wear Carmina Rain/Forrest or CJ 478 lasts? If so what sizing is suitable?

I go a half size down from Barrie on the Forest last, but the barrie is still slightly roomier than the half size down Forest (UK size)

What is everyones fav shell colors in various models?

Eventually I will need to lock in top picks so I can keep my collection under control, not everyone can Mdubs it and get one of every color haha. Bolded are what I own and others I would consider slowly adding over the years. Colors that work best for me and my current style and wardrobe are what I went with, a bit predictable but would love to hear some of the picks you guys would come up with or even pics of stuff you like (ex. does a whiskey WTB even exist?)

    LWB - Ravello and #8
PTB - Whiskey, #8 (Dover on Preorder), Cigar with brass eyelets (Might have to almost get all colors since it's a fav model for me)
LHS - Whiskey, #8 (antique edge though, hopefully unlined from Epaulet)
Plain toe boot - Black (might be my only choice for black shell, Ryden boot style)
    Straight tip Boot - #8
    Daytripper version - Cigar
PCT Boot - ??? indifferent here
Wingtip boot - Would choose Cigar but I have the Lindrick, would have to go with the #8 Hallack after that.
    Indy - Cigar
NST boot - #8 Leffot tanker (Though other colors are super interesting but rarely run)
Chukka - Can't decide, probably #8 would be best

I know I am missing a ton of styes but these came to mind first, feel free to post up your selections.

I seem to be in the minority but I wear 7.5 UK in Rain and Forest and 8.5 in Barrie. That said both Rain and Firest fit snug (which I like) and Barrie is roomy (not loose but roomy). I could probably slide down to an 8 in Barrie but it would be a bit short for me.

NST in color 8, ravello, and black shell(I actually like these more than the PTB)

Wingtip boot in ravello or color 8 (dark edge) is also a favorite of mine

Good call, forgot about the cigar tassel.

I didn't include any unicorn colors in my selections but that #4 cap toe boot of yours is unreal.
