1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I'm kind of a tweener on Barrie but I go up 1/2 size for boots over shoes. A full size on the JCrew Captoe boot.

Nice - I picked up the same pair. I haven't had a chance to wear them yet with all the slush and snow. I was thinking white OCBD and walnut colored shoes. It is an interesting color indeed.

Shoes look great but that is one killer outfit. Very nicely done.

Well, damn. I haven't worn my cigar Indy's for about a year. Will be home this weekend and will have to put them on for a spin around the block.

    Hmmmmmm I don't know what's crazier:
    The socks...
    The carpet...
Or that these have already arrived from Frans Boone...

^ Nice shoes and IMO one of the best pics here in a long time (not to slight any of the many great pics that go up here everyday).

I agree completely. For me the progression goes: LWB > J Crew PCT > AoC WT Boot. The WT Boot is so narrow in the toe box that its a little uncomfortable towards the end of the day, but I believe (hope?) that it breaks in nicely for me.

Another snowy day in MI, so went with the 986s (which reside in the office permanently for days like today)

Also agree barrie shoes are a tad looser then boots but stay the same size in both.

Love these! Add commando to those and they are a grail boot for me, the perfect winter boot in my eyes. Will be holding out in hopes a retailer will make it.

They are one of my favorite boots. Thats the plan either commando or Dainite when the time comes. Any body happen to know if Bnelson does a commando similar to Alden?
