One will not find a more iconic American classic. You've got a winner in that pair my friend. [IMG]
Enjoy often and in great health!

Ha! My Brownvello PTBs are an interesting adventure. I got a 9.5D during my 2014 9.5D experiment, which massively failed. I sold all my 9.5Ds as they just hated my feet. I then found a 10.5B on eBay, which I now own, but man, they took quite a beating. Frankly, I think Kathy made them for me until I told her I picked up a pair from SF and so she sold them without mentioning them to me. I mean, how many others get a 10.5B and I know it's from DC...

I had to do a lot of brushing to get them back into order.

I hope that I can get mine back to the condition yours are in someday!

I know I've seen pics of your work before, Mike, but this is pretty impressive. Is heavy brushing all that you do to erase the creases?

How does one use a deer bone? I own one but I feel like I must be doing something wrong because I don't see any benefit from using it. I must be doing something wrong.

I just got these 40723c boots in the other day! Brown alpine grain, built on the grant last, and with a commando sole.
It's a great combo and I think they will pair nice with a suit and denim.

I can't believe I missed these, they look great! I was looking for a dark brown grain boot on commando! Was hoping for a this in a wingtip boot like MrDv's. I ended up snagging a black shell cap toe on commando instead. Oh well, I guess I'm stuck with this shell make up... 1st world problems. [IMG]

I am thinking about picking up a pair of snuff suede loafers, but cannot decide between the penny or tassel. Which do you guys prefer? The dress code at work is business casual. I assume the penny would be more versatile. Thanks guys.

    Gentlemen,

I am just asking here, but are there any of you that take the Barrie TTS?

Or am I the only freak of nature that does? [IMG]

    Thanks!

I actually love the BB version of the snuff tassels. Given the material, I think they'd be every bit as versatile as the snuff LHS. I don't think you'd able to wear a suit with either, unless it were a summer suit (linen, seersucker, etc)

If you have a wide forefoot, a high instep, and a wide/substantial heel, Barrie TTS would work pretty well I think (as long as you don't mind the little bit of extra length)
