1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

The antique definitely makes them more casual, but that's perfect for my office environment.

Question for those who use Alden Leather Defender-how often/when do you use it? Does it affect your shells at all if you use it often?

I've had a bottle for a couple of years but since I try not to wear shell cordovan when it's raining out, I haven't really applied it. Should I be?

Turns out they don't have my size so no loss. I just stared at my Tankers and love that they actually look like tanks.

PSA: Forgot to mention that Alden Madison mentioned that they are getting in black shell Tankers in about a month in case anyone is interested.

I wish someone would do them with an antique edge trim instead of black. I would purchase instantly

That does sound pretty damn nice. Lost & Found should do one since they already do a version in lady calf.

Black Shell plain toe boot with antique trim on Barrie with commando soles. I do not own any black shoes/boots but this would seriously make me consider it. Similar to the Blackbird Milkman boot but with antique trim.

Edit: Here we go but needs commando soles, theses are awesome.

These are so awesome. I know it runs against the consensus here but I think these would look great with a suit, even a more conservative one.

Oooh, I would be all over that. I'm starting to convince myself that black is the new brown and I need a black boot in the collection.
