1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Having 20 pairs of shoes is also pointless but I still do that too.

You can match the Ravello and whiskey but it's not like the #8 where it almost naturally goes with everything. That doesn't mean I find Ravello unattractive or anything - just not as practical.

Yeah, I asked about the Ravello NST boots but then the fact that I'd hardly get to wear them kicked in. If they were NST shoes I'd have called already to be put on the wait list. Shell already doesn't breath so having shell boots isn't the wisest thing for me to purchase. I bought my #8 4060 from Alden DC while I was still living there.1 pair of shell boots is enough for me in Texas.

I'm with you RTP. 10Ds are hard to come by east of La Mesa... Fortunately, for us, @mdubs and @MrDV are willing to catch and release back into the wild every now again.

Fantastic RTP! And those trousers pair well with both King and Ravello

Did anyone catch the makeups for next year from Lost and Found Trunk Shop. Nothing on Instagram besides advertisements.

I just got home from there. Nice meeting @blue collar and the other Styleforum user whose name escapes me! We had lots of good talks about shoes and the like. Really good to meet the Alden rep and of course the Lost and Found guys. Great shop that I will need to check out much more often!

In terms of makeups they are going to do a #8 CT Boot on Trubalance, a NST tanker in black lady calf, and a couple of others that escape me at the moment. The Alden rep noted that there should be more rare shell coming through the pipeline in the coming months.

It was I who you met...
Good to meet you too. It was nice evening talking shoes, clothing and style.
@blue collar was killing it with his SWB's, they were stunning in person.

I missed your note earlier but thanks for the heads up. I would have liked to go. That store has a good vibe too.
