I'm a Newbie to Alden so please forgive me if I am living in fantasy land. I can't help but admire all of the Ravello shoes that been exhibited recently. I would love to have a chukka boot in this shade, are there any dealers currently with open waiting lists or is this a "unicorn"?

nephew, thank you! as you know black shell is not appreciated, this is adventageous because the wait time, if any, is limited

Welcome! Ravello shoes are a beautiful thing and the Chukka boot is a great canvas for demonstrating the beauty of Shell Cordovan. They are attainable with patience.

My TSM seconds showed up today, the #8 NST on 379x last on crepe. I went TTS and got the 9. They are going to work out and like the last so far...a whole hour wearing them

Since there only a few pics to be found on the 379x here are some comparison pics with my 8.5D Barrie 6 eye chukka and 8.5D Suede Indy

I even got a partial stamp on one of them

You and me both. Have considered MTO's elsewhere just to try and get it. The more I see the Leffot version with brass eyelets abd crepe sole the more I come around to it. I really need a black boot

These and the back naval boots are the only black shell I've ever wanted.

10D if anyone is looking to part with some.

I would call TSM, Alden SF, Alden DC, and Alden Madison. I haven't checked, but I'd bet one or more of those retailers have a list for that make-up. It may take a while though. Good luck and welcome to our forum!

Shell NST on 379x last with a crepe sole is quite the interesting makeup. I wonder which retailer that was originally done for? I don't recall that being offered by TSM (except on the seconds list).
