Just received my Leffot #8 LWB pre-order and I was pleased to see that the welt color matches the sole edging (antiqued on the double waterlock sole) rather than being dark and matching the shoe as was in the pre-order image (see link). They look really nice, though a very dark #8. Break-in starts this evening. Sorry, no photos for the moment.

Beautiful view DV.  Sorry Cam and company strolled into town with all of that confidence.  Can't believe my Ravens and your Niners are struggling this badly (actually y'all are in decent shape).  Time to flip the switch or the play-offs maybe a goal for another year.

LMAO! I'm certain the members with the most Aldens are the poorest! LOL

The 300K+ members use Alden as beaters and have a pair or two, I'm sure they own better shoes! LOL

For me and my income category, $700ish is the top for me. I won't spend any more than that on a pair of shoes/boots. Since I love Alden and especially shoes made in the U.S., there is really no other place for me to go. I'm happy right where I am.
