1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Where is that makeup from? They look fantastic, I think the dover pattern is great. Congrats on the purchase!

Guess I should have enlarged it haha. I didn't suspect Leffot as the edge looked a bit darker in those pics.

Those ravello NST boots are my #1 Alden creation. Every time MrDV posts a picture of them I silently go "Ooohh". I hope someone will make them again one day. Plaza or Barrie would be fine too. If anybody knows of a pre-order list of ravello NST boots, feel free to PM me...

Put a few miles on these from a solid day of client meetings.

Got to agree with most everyone else, the Ravello NST Boot is the one.

Assuming the 110 is commando, it is an AoC makeup.

Great looking Aldens all around today, gents.

Also, by chance, rocking the Rav NST today.
Aberdeen TTS for me as well.

I am sure I will be flamed for this but I actually prefer the NST on the Barrie over the Aberdeen. There is something about the more pointed toe on the Aberdeen that doesn't work for me with the stitched toe

I like them both. I need them both. The NST on Barrie is a great casual makeup. The Aberdeen NST is dressier, more elegant. I have the Leffot tanker but I hope to have a version on Aberdeen as well. If I could only have one? I don't want to live in that world.

My man! I feel the exact same way. I'm thinking the dressiest last I'll ever go with is Plaza (looking for Indys and NSTs on that last; I know J Gilbert is one place to check). For my collection: Plaza/Grant/Hampton/Barrie....with only one pair of TruBalance that was necessary.

Really surprised you take an 8 on the 2030 last, by the way.

Have you guys snagged a rare makeup (off another member, for instance) in a size that wasn't spot on, only to work it out with an insole or thicker socks?
