1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Thankfully those trousers are cuffed. I see so many nice shoes only to be disappointed in the non cuffed pant. LHS is my favorite model. Well done!

Some of us don't cuff our pants. Should we not wear nice shoes? : - )

^ True but the pajama bottoms were all cuffed IIRC.

For pleated front, cuffs are typical. For plain front, uncuffed is typical.

My suits are pleated and cuffed, my trousers, which I wear with just a dress shirt and maybe sweater, and therefore less formally, are plain front and uncuffed.

I personally really like cuffs on my pants and so all my suits/trousers have cuffs on them.

I thought that plain front and no-cuff was the new hip thing for suits...

Agreed but for those who don't do pleats (they are not flattering on some builds and they are flattering on others) they are not having both options.

Cuffs look great for some - but not for all. The plain front and no-cuff thing is not that new or hip IMO. It is decidedly more "fashionable" but this, in and of itself, doesn't make it a trend, anymore than the popularity of pleats in the 80s made pleats into only a trend. Although the baggy and triple pleats was something else…

Agreed. I am 5'9" and almost never cuff pants (except for denim) as I think a 2" cuff on a dress pant looks quite heavy for my height

I agree with this and I am the same height. I have one pair of donegal tweed trousers that have a 1.75" cuff but that is the only pair.

you should try cuffs at either 1 1/4 or 1 1/2.
