Looks like I'm going to try a new pair of color 8 cap toe boots on for size (fingers crossed).

Yes, 14D Barrie would be somewhat similar to your 14E Aberdeen.

I think the natural complements the LWB far better than any other shoe.

FWIW, I'm considering selling my Ravello shortwing in 9D. Its about a half-size too big for me. An insole would've worked but I think they work with boots better than shoes. PM me if you're interested.

I apologize if this has already been explained, but does anyone know if and how the natural chromexcel shoes/boots will darken naturally with time and wear (and without polish or oil)?
