1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

If you enter the code for the Jcrew card, then input your zip code, you should be able to get the 30% off even if you use a non-Jcrew card during checkout.

I'm considering tassels or full-strap. I haven't tried an Aberdeen yet. Did you go tts on your calf tassels?

Ravello LWB with Argyles OTC. The perfect shoe for the beautiful Santa Barbara weather.

It was pretty low light in the morning at the hotel... Hard to get a stable shot. Thus no right shoe... :-(

So sweet. As much as I'm coveting Whiskey, that just might be my grail shoe right now.

I use a Nikon D90 with a 50mm f1.4 lens. I only use my iPhone when I do not have anything else available...

For the morning shots, I had to crank the ISO speed up to 1000 to get 1/30 sec shutter speed @ f2.8. I try and not open up more than 2.8 otherwise only 1 mm will be in focus and the rest will be a blur... It was quite dark in my hotel room at 6am!

That is dedication! I respect the level you are taking it to and feel shamed by my iPhone

Anyone use leather defender on CXL?

How long does a coat typically last regardless of leather type?

Anyone have luck at J. Crew getting the 30% off to work without a J. Crew card? I've been unsuccessful....not that I need another pair of shoes.

I am going with an 8.5D this run but wish I could try an 8E for comparison

I have done similar and can say you made the right choice. The 8E could feel far to large all around and the heel increases more so than a barrie lasted heel.
Also the overall height of the boot increases as well as the volume in the toe box. If your between width at the 8D the 8.5D will give a perfect fit up front and he heel remains well placed, without increasing the length any noticeable amount even when sole to sole. The boot gets better after 5 wears when it goes from new and on the snug side of snug, too broken-in the Grant last really finds a sculpted fit.

It only appears to work for the cordovan LWBs. Regarding the cordovan LWBs, they show very few sizes online, but if you call J Crew, they will do a store search. There are many pairs out there, so don't get dissuaded if your size is not available online.

That was my plan, but I can't get the 30% to work. The 25% works just fine, but I'm a greedy whorebag.

That dark edgetrim on the Ravello is the ideal combo. Much more attractive in that case than an antique job.
