1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Very nice shoes. The laces and spacing look fine.
Great #8 stable rtp. I also get excited when I wear aldens I haven't worn for a while. Feels like awesome new shoes.
Great shoes. Unbelievable price. Mr. Haines, you won today.

These are Aldens - not to worry. Alden for BB shoes typically do not have the combo sizing listed.

MRDV - I like your saddles.

I too would recommend the 2210 before the 994. But certainly get both eventually. :D

Here are the pics that I promised. I just found out another defects. The shoe lace on the right shoe is not alighted correctly. BUT I only found out after I started trying them on at home and already have small signs of wearing. Now should I call alden SF to send it back or just keep it?

I know some of you will think this just plain wrong, but I wore these SW Commando Boots today with a charcoal suit and tie. I had a court appearance and then lunch with a group of clients/commercial bankers. I think it made for a great look. [IMG]

I'm sorry Michael Haines. I in no way meant to insinuate that you plotted deception. I am 100% behind what you said and am very impressed with J Crew. Enjoy those awesome pair of 975s... Alden's quintessential American-made blucher (imho).

All the best to ya my friend...

I intend to snag the NSTs fairly soon!

Thanks SevenFTG. It's nice to have such friendly and supportive gurus such yourself and MrDV at hand. Will post pics while I finally acquire the King NSTs.

Awesome boots, and I have no problem with your choice of attire.

The 2210 s are next up for myself as well. There aren't enough photos of the 2210 on the thread IMO.

How do they look when on and laced? I can see in your top picture that the bluchering is off. Might not hurt to send SF a picture.

I've done this a few times with those exact boots. Worked great.
