Hands down, these are the very best boots I've seen on this thread in a very long time. You rock MrDV! [IMG]

My vote goes to the Snuff LWB. It is easily among the most comfortable shoes I have. Also, the LWB is on a double waterlock sole.

My friend, excellent acquisition. However, I'm not sure how many times I've said the same thing, and the FedEx guy paid a visit within the next month. Good luck with that! [IMG]

My friend, incredible looking shine, and an outstanding make-up. Saddles are almost always on the barrie. They look pretty round; I'd guess barrie but couldn't say for sure. Wear in great health.

Famous last words my friend. Congratulations on your latest acquisition. They're beautiful penny's which I'm sure will serve you well. Wear them in the best of health.

Saw those at Unipair. Great-looking saddle, and a great combination with argyles. Congratulations

I feel like I'm earning my PhD in shoes. I've never heard this before. So when people on this site refer to color 8 as king, this is not just a saying but a true distinction that is unique to Alden. They take the normal color 8 and add a little something extra to make it their own. Nice.

BTW, those are absolutely gorgeous saddles.

epc2: Trying to decide between a Natural Cxl PTB with double waterlocks or Snuff Suede LWB with single flex sole, gave up on the Kudu because of the Crepe sole. Any thoughts?.. Mainly for jeans and chinos , comfort is a must. Thanks.

Compromise with a snuff suede PTB. :D I'm kidding. Actually, no I'm not.
