    I vote color 8 LWB (I tend to wear mine more than the PTB).

    I like the barrie last because it's the most comfortable I have. Aberdeen is pretty comfy too. Have yet to acquire any plaza.

    I would also venture a guess that it is popular as a first shoe by those moving into Goodyear-welted footwear due to it's inherent roominess.

    People who are accustomed to cheaper foam filled shoes that are getting their first pair of Goodyear-welted ones generally have to get used to the initial rigidity and somewhat constrictive feel. Also, most lower quality shoe manufacturers use a very rounded "average" shaped last to ensure a fit for the masses, and they then depend on the foam to take up the slack and form to the foot.

    The Barrie would likely be the most "normal" feeling shoe to first-time buyers who aren't used to different feeling/fitting lasts.
