My shell unlined LHS from BB are more snug than my shell lined LHS.

I wonder if this also holds true for Unlined Suede LHS. Anybody have these to compare as well.

did a nice swap with jdpirtl...my #4 wt boots didn't fit quite right and neither did his ravello plaza last indy boots from frans boone, so we made a trade!



these are great, and my first ravello! the plaza last changes the character so much i love these bad boys

I understand the appeal of the Indy (work)-boot, but have never grasped the shell cordovan Indy, until I saw the plaza-lasted ravelo Indy. The last certainly changes the character of the boot... outstanding! A fine trade indeed. However, I think you got the better end of that deal.

Fine looking boots sir. I don't know who got the better end of that deal. Both boots are drool worthy.

FYI, I'll be willing to trade $$$ for #4 wt boots size 10.

I would state it in a slightly different way.

I don't understand the appeal of the overall look of the Indy boot* unless it is in shell cordovan (no matter the last) and the plaza-lasted ravello Indy is wonderful.

Plenty on here will disagree and I am fine with that. Reasonable people can disagree.

* Unless it is literally used as a work boot.
