1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I had been checking them for a while as well. Glad I finally decided to pull the trigger. Again, thanks for the advice.

This was my first instinct, then I introduced the deer bone into the mix. I don't mind the time and effort, I'm just not sure that it's working and I don't want to add too much product and run the risk of darkening the shoe. The color/patina is what attracted me to it in the first place. Thanks for the advice.

Happy Turkey Day all - Leffot Naval boots get the nod for today's chilly weather.

Great boots thams, I love mine. #8 with an antique edge is a great combination.

Wore my J Crew version yesterday. I love mine too, especially because I like a 270-welt for a Barrie boot but I would have preferred the antique edge that your version has. It is a great combo.

    Happy Thanksgiving gentlemen

Mike, your photography skills are on par with your amazing collection. Looking at these is almost as dangerous as browsing Leffot's site

Goose, looking good! It's a nice homely look to welcome the Turkey. Shall I mention that they are almost Turkey color. :) -Mike

Anybody else think the bulge in the ankle looks strange? Am I tying my 403's too tight? Or is my foot too wide?

Without being there with you, it looks like their is excess leather in that area, probably due to the boots being slightly too big. Loosening may help fix. Not sure though.

Are you flexing your toe upward toward your knee? It looks like you're leaning forward and causing the leather to flex outward.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but couldn't find it. Has anyone had any luck resoling plantation crepe with something else? Maybe a commando sole? Tell me your experience and cost.
