Yes, they do - at least in this case. LS just put the value of the package on the outside, but no invoice. Unfortunately this does not suffice for customs over here, so they make you pick up the pair personally with a copy of the invoice.
After the package has 'cleared' customs at the airport, it will be delivered to a customs office close to where you live. They will then send you a notification that the package is waiting for you, and that you have to present an invoice for it. It's a bit inconvenient, since it takes another week until you finally get your shoes [IMG].

    Thank you, sir.

    Thank you, sir.

    Thank you, sir.

The pics without creases are from when they were brand new & unworn. Threw them in to show ravello under various lighting conditions.

    You are correct, sir.

Thanks & I wish out luck in your search.

Both are different enough, and the whiskeys are more different even still.

Misterjuiceman is correct. I don't think there was any misunderstanding there. The shell only comes from a small area on the hind quarters of the horse. There is still a whole lot of horse leather that can be used for other purposes after the shells have been harvested.

If one remembers little else, one should remember that: shell = horse's ass. :nodding:

Whenever Mr. "P. Bateman" posts, I am intrigued, or perhaps disturbed, by his avatar. And I am quite confident I am not the only one.

I was going through my photobucket and found a few shots from this past summer. I miss the sun up here in the great white north.

Still waiting on a whiskey (cap toe bal, monk or NST) make-up to round out "The Rainbow" (and #4 if it were possible)

Very nice collection. For whiskey, you might consider adding the chukka to your list.

    Thank you!

I've thought about it but I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't repeat a style or upper until i have them all covered...if that make sense.

I already have a chukka in CXL so (as per my rule) that boot style is out .
