1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    ^^ Interesting discussion on formality of tassels, SWB, and nst. I have all three models in one or more colors. I personally wear none of them with suits. My SWB is on commando.

    my order:
    1. tassels
    2. SWB
    3. NST

    I would put SWB on a par with tassels if they had a leather sole.

    The NST is easily the most casual.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Just brushing. Need to do some edge coat but nothing else.

    Color is more olive than gold. Runs from dark olive to a lighter shade

    This shine is just insane. Do you have a horse hair buffing wheel? I don't understand how this finish is obtained without some sort of machine.

    MIND=BLOWN !!!

    +1 for the #8 PTB. It's a tough and hardy workhorse that every gentleman should have in his wardrobe.

    IMO a pair of black tassels isn't far from an opera pump. It's up there with the black cap toe or plain toe bal, and one of the few and maybe only loafer with that level of formality.

    Thanks. Have Ravello gunboats already and maybe I'll find cigar or snuff suede pairs down the road :)
