1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Amazing how much of a difference the sole makes In that photo the Leffot version looks like the "Thor" boot

at this point, I'm not sure I'll need the Thor boot, should it ever come to fruition.. these will fit the bill I think.

Ok. Thanks for re-taking, much better shot. Really tough call! The antique edge on the Leffot is really nice but the closed heel on the J Crew really dresses the boot up. If it were me I would probably go with the Leffot version and then if you wanted dressier still them go with a straight captoe boot on the Grant or Plaza

Unfortunately, I asked Unipair if they had any whiskey in my size and they said no.

I could use some advice. Should I jump on the Barrie-lasted color 8 perf. toe boots with the antique edging (which I think looks incredible in that combination), or wait for a Plaza-lasted close-heel color 8 cap-toe boot with the black welt and edging? The latter is certainly sleeker and dressier, but I don't think it looks quite as neat as the former. Thoughts?

Both are nice but... antique all the way. Nice purchase.
