Epaulet has a whiskey cordovan belt in stock now
Don't know, but maybe if enough people here would keep emailing them they will start producing againFor some reason they stopped stocking Alden
Leffot does a similar whiskey/black grain saddle, but they put it on a crepe sole, which is not ideal for that model IMO, otherwise I would have picked it up long ago
Uncle, just curious if you have shared your break in method with three wearings before? I haven't seen it since I subscribed to this thread. Interested in your process.
I apologize in advance for the darkness and quality of the pictures. These are Alden for Leffot, indys on the trubalance last with the commando sole, these are actually my first of of Aldens so I thought I would share. Hopefully they will be perfect for business casual and jeans during the winter and terrible weather which is sure to ensue in the next couple of months here in Iowa.
Where can I get some Cigar Indy or Cigar LWB......
Very nice! Just got mine today from TSM
died at midnightLooks like the JCREW deal is dead.
I have a pair for sale as well. I probably should put it in my signature.
Thank you sir! And yes, I have noticed that purchasing Aldens is an extremely slippery slope! I couldn't help but buy the Alden for Jcrew captoe #8 with the 30% off and my gift card from last Christmas... But I couldn't be happier investing my money into a quality shoe that will last me a long time. And none of this would have been possibly without the knowledge and advice from this thread.Congrats on your Indy boot purchase! Your first Aldens and probably the beginning of a continuing pleasurable addictive journey.
a pair of belts? as in 2?
