1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Awesome! J crew practically never discounts Alden but that code is 25% off anything. Thanks for posting it.

I ordered the snuff suede PTB j crew make up with red rubber sole. I dig how they look. Didn't want them at $500 but at under $400 I could not resist.

With this discount, it brings shell models like the great cap toe boots down to about $500. + tax. which is a pretty good price.

I felt this way a couple days ago--until I realized that I have spent the naval boot money on my recent snuff suede chukka and upl binge. I need a few more weeks to set aside the naval boot money again (unless of course I can't resist and end up buying some navy suede wingtips...)

IIRC, you pointed out the distinct possibility that we might get our naval boots when snow is on the ground in the fall. I hope that this doesn't end up being the case, as I might end up buying black lwb's as another tide over impulse purchase...

Nothing for me either. The suede NST boot on the TruB was somewhat tempting, but I would have preferred snuff.

Jcrew should give some consideration to other lasts. They seem to carry about 90% Barrie. But obviously they sell .....

^ got me thinking that an NST Ravello boot on a grant last with a commando sole would look pretty nice.

Are there any J. Crew makeups that aren't on either Barrie or Trubalance? I wish they would branch out a bit more, like SFTG said.

[IMG] This Snapseed enhanced pic is for El Argentino, just because. Same shoes, socks, and Zanella's. My girlfriend says this camera angle makes your feet look like "Krusty the Clown".

I found this at Brooks Brothers London store priced at £495. Are they Aldens?
