Leydon last is TTS unlike barrie and trubalance, correct?

    Thanks for the video!

some find that the Leydon is slightly narrower than TTS. I wear 12B Barrie but need to size up to 12.5C for Leydon. Best to try a pair on first if possible.

Yes it is. Although it is said to be one of the narrower lasts.
    Oops, 10 minutes late.

I always thought the reason why #8 is said to be so versitile is because it goes with both grey and blue, particulaly when talking about dress shoes and suits.

I understand that it is said to go with almost anything, but I see where you are coming from. For example, I personally could never wear it with red, orange or yellow. Just doesn't look right to my eyes.

"Thor" boot. It's an MTO, which is now closed.

Google "MTO Boot Via Alden DC" and you should be able to find the thread.

Actually, it is the Mora, not the Neumora. AE no longer produces the Mora, and it is on a different last, so I think this is just a large "custom" order (hence the premium).

Hahaha I read your quote of what I said and I went back because I was sure I typed "nice shoes", but I didn't.

Guys I have a question. I am getting my first pair of nice boots. I want something that is versatile (can be worn with denim, chino's, slacks). I was thinking about these for my first purchase. Would this be a good first pair or would you guys recommend something else? Also is this color pretty easy to wear? I wear mostly stuff from epaulet.
