1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Yeah, if I add my first and second most shoes from the same brand, I still don't get to 24.

Is there any brick and mortar store selling venetian shoe cream in LA or SF?
Cause I will be visiting the States shortly and would like to grab some of it back home.

i don't know about LA or SF but B. Nelson carries it. Have them ship it to your hotel or wherever your staying. i travel a lot and do this with many vendors. if you do it a week before your hotel stay and just let the hotel know they're usually pretty good about it.

Not trying to dissuade you from the Nat CXL LWB, it's a great makeup, just wanted to share an observation.

Also, there are plenty of other great shoe brands out there. Don't be scared to branch out a little. Aldens are great, but there are other great ones as well. Don't limit yourself. Nobody said that you must wear only Aldens (although there are some that seem to do so).

    Thank you!
I will contact LS first, see if they still have them in stock.
If they don't, I will have them ship to the hotel, hopefully the hotel will entertain me [IMG]

They will. I don't see how this would be a problem; however, I would be surprised if LSBH is out of them.

Very nice collection. Can you elaborate what wingtip this is on the bottom to the right of the moc, with natural edge finish (looks unworn).

Hermitedge nailed it. It is the Atom. Incidentally, the LWB to the right of the Atom is a Cigar (from Alden of Carmel). That was the first Alden in my collection a few years ago and is still probably the pair I wear most often. It started out about the same color as the Atom and you can see it has faded quite a bit and developed a nice patina to it.

Thats what I was guessing, not too many light edge finishes like that around. Nice pick up, enjoy!

Is anyone else waiting on an NRO order from their last sale one month ago? I was told on Feb 14 that my shell tassel mocs were in production and would be completed by March 16. I received an e-mail yesterday that said my shoes have shipped. I have to say that this transaction has been pretty solid. I suppose I should wait until I actually have them in hand before I praise NRO for their improved customer service.[IMG]
